Lux Pizza Parlor wasn't born from a trend — it was built from a standard. We believe a pizza deserves the same rigor as any dish on a tasting menu. Our dough rests for 48 hours. Our sauce is reduced from whole San Marzanos. Our mozzarella is sliced, not shredded.
